How to suspend the press?
The hydraulic press should be placed on a properly prepared, leveled, and load-bearing surface.
- The pillar jib crane is delivered with a 7.0 m long arm, a mounting flange, and a set of anchors.
- An overhead crane with a beam width of 6 m can be made with a travel system on the crane structure or on wheels, depending on the technical conditions of the hall and the method of use.
- Crane assembly includes setting up the structure, installing the beam, the travel system, and checking the correct operation of the device.
- The investor is responsible for preparing the production hall, providing the required power supply and access to utilities during assembly, as well as constructing the foundation for the crane according to the provided assembly template. The foundation should be completed before assembly begins and must allow for proper anchoring of the crane flange.
- After positioning the press, it must be leveled, anchored if necessary, connected to the power supply and utilities, and then a check of the assembly correctness and a functional test of the entire workstation must be carried out.
