Training
We organize training sessions to help designers acquire the skills to use the 3D Trussme software. Our training is based on cooperation with the Client, and we remain open to suggestions regarding software operation, as we want the program to be as ergonomic and user-friendly as possible for our Clients.
-
- Introductory training is aimed at individuals with no prior knowledge of our software who wish to learn about its capabilities, potential, and core principles. It is typically conducted online and lasts approximately 2–3 hours.
- Basic training is a two-day, on-site session held at our headquarters at our expense. The training is conducted in small groups (6–10 people) to ensure its effectiveness. It is led by experienced trainers and Ristek Oy employees. The training is conducted in English with the assistance of a translator, focusing on maximum participant engagement. It is also possible to organize such training at your company’s premises, exclusively for employees of a single firm.
- “Refresher” training, organized either on our initiative or at your request, takes place 2–4 weeks after the basic training, usually online. Its goal is to guide participants, using their previously acquired skills, through the project creation process, reviewing the basic calculation steps.
- “Q&A” training is when participants submit a list of problems and questions to us, and we prepare solutions and answers. We highly value this type of training because it allows us to understand our Clients’ needs and subsequently improve our software.
- “One-question” training is very valuable and quick. You are designing independently, making progress, and suddenly you hit a barrier—you’ve come to a standstill and don’t know how to proceed. You’re out of ideas. That’s when you make a phone call, write an email, or set up a Teams meeting… our trainers will react very quickly. They will show you how to overcome that single difficulty so you can get back to designing immediately.
- Your training: The skills you have learned in the 3DTrussme software are very important to us. If you have difficulty fitting into our proposed training schedule, we can visit your company for 1–2 days at a scheduled time to help you learn how to use the 3DTrussme software. Simply let us know about your needs.
To provide you with a better overview of the software, we have included links to some of our training materials below:
- video from on-site training – click to watch
- complete, specially developed video, project from start to finish (password: materials22!3d) – click to watch
If you have limited resources or other constraints, we can also support you in completing your project through trained designers who collaborate with us—efficiently, accurately, and at a reasonable price.
